Our development department, headed up by Managing Director Nick Oliver and Department Manager Darren Woodyer, specialises in the promotion and sale of development sites. Ranging from single building plots through to large development schemes and strategic land as well as alternative development opportunities such as brownfield sites, redundant buildings, barns or leisure facilities.
This can be carried out either by option or promotion agreements, joint venture, subject to planning agreements or conventional sales via public or discrete marketing campaigns. Covering Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Bristol, Gloucestershire and Hampshire. We can also act as acquisition agents and assist with development appraisals.
