Obtaining a valuation
We are always happy to value any items that you are looking to sell. There are several ways to obtain a valuation for your pieces:
Visit our Sale Rooms
Valuation days are held every week on Thursdays from 10am to 4pm, except for the week before and after Christmas.
Home visits
Our valuers will be happy to visit you at home at your convenience to assess any items you are looking to obtain a valuation for. Please call our Sale Rooms team on 01373 852419 to make an appointment.
Valuation by email
If it is more convenient for you, then we are able to complete valuation assessments via email. Please email salerooms@cooperandtanner.co.uk with any information you have about the items you are looking to sell, photographs of the items and a contact telephone number.
Our charges
Please note that all fees and commissions are subject to VAT charged at the standard rate.
15% plus VAT on all items.
Other types of valuation
As well as valuations for selling we are able to provide RICS standard valuations for probate and insurance purposes, please contact our office for more information.
