Sales Administrator - Glastonbury Office
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Glastonbury Office. Glastonbury and the surrounding areas offer a thriving local property market, which in turn makes this a varied, interesting and rewarding role. We are looking for a customer focused team player to join our brilliant team at Glastonbury.
You will be responsible for:
• Greeting clients and being the first point of contact for the office, dealing with customer enquiries effectively for all stages of the property transaction
• Registering and qualifying new applicants for a property sale or purchase
• Managing our applicant database
• Arrange and carry out property visits; including accompanied viewings
• Supporting clients through the purchase of property, liaising with applicants and vendors, supporting the property sale through to completion
• Promoting and referring relevant services that we provide to clients
• Completing administration associated with the sale of property, including updating our CRM system and associated web portals
Duties will vary day to day, and you must be flexible in your approach to work, supporting wherever possible with tasks associated with the sale of property.
About you:
You will be a positive, warm, friendly and well-presented individual. You will be organised, solution driven and resilient. If you have passion for excellent service and have a keen interest in the property market, this could be the ideal role for you.

• Hold a UK driving licence and have use of your own vehicle insured for business use
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be confident in the use of IT
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Existing experience working in the property industry desirable
Hours of work:
Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm
14 hours per week
