Cooper and Tanner are delighted to announce that John Phillips has been promoted from Associate Director to a Director of the firm.
Andrew Colyer, Head of Residential Sales and Lettings welcomed John to the Senior Management Team and said: “John’s background in both residential sales and lettings enables him to bring a wealth of experience to the management team and he has been pivotal in the growth and success of the residential lettings department over the last 7 years. The department, under his guidance, has grown from a single branch to six, including Warminster, Frome, Castle Cary, Shepton Mallet, Cheddar and Bridgwater."
John and his fellow directors have plans to focus and continue the growth of the department, and a strategy is currently in place to roll lettings out into additional residential sales offices within the very near future.
